ywscheck.com runs automated inspections of a website's public pages and publishes the result as a ticket. It's operated by Legacy IT Consulting, McKinney, Texas. By using it you agree to these terms.
An inspection reports what is publicly observable at the moment it runs. It is general information about customer-facing quality, not a security audit, penetration test, legal opinion or HIPAA/compliance certification, and it can miss things or change as sites change. Inspect only sites you own or have a legitimate reason to check.
The seal is earned, never sold: a site qualifies with an inspection score of 80 or better and no high-severity violation. Certified sites are re-inspected every 30 days, and the seal comes off after two consecutive failed inspections. The seal image and the verify page always show the live status. Displaying the seal on your homepage lists your site in the public registry; remove it, or email us, to be unlisted. Showing a seal your site doesn't hold, or altering it, isn't permitted.
Tickets are written with a sense of humor. We roast websites, never the people who run them.
Reports, Legacy Launch, Signal assessments and Care Plans are described on their checkout pages at the time of purchase and paid through Stripe. Paying for a service doesn't buy the seal; a site still has to pass. If something you bought isn't delivered as described, contact us and we'll make it right or refund you.
Don't automate requests against the inspection, try to overload or break it, or use it to probe sites you have no business probing.
The inspections and site are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the item in question.
Texas law governs these terms; disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Collin County, Texas.
